I can't get in to the holiday spirit.
I miss my girls and I'm sad that it's been a while since I've seen them.
The ideal situation would be all four of the kids together drinking hot chocolate, decorating the house, wrapping presents for one another and laughing a lot.
I'm. just. so. sad.
The ups, the downs, the here's, the there's ... the tears, the smiles, the laughter, the pain... it's life - LIVE IT !

The problem with grown up kids is they have responsibilities too. School, work, leases, etc. Coming for the holidays wasn't possible this year but you can bet your bippy we will go to the US for Christmas next year! They will come after the new year - well, one daughter, who shall go unnamed hasn't renewed her passport yet. uh huh!
Why isn't dad coming for the holidays? How nerve-wracking!
